We offer 30 days refund guarantee starting from the day when your order was placed. After expiration of the 30 day guarantee period, we will no longer be able to offer any refunds or product exchanges.
To request a refund, please complete the form on the request a refund page. You can also call Customer Service and we can issue a refund at that time.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email with the details of your refund. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your credit card.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us via our Customer Support portal or you can call us at 602-620-6858 to request a cancellation.
In order to qualify for a cancellation you must contact us prior to your order being shipped. Once your order has been shipped it is considered a return/refund and you will need to follow the return processed outlined here.
In the event that your order is shipped while you are waiting for a response from our customer service team, that order will be considered shipped, and as mentioned above, you will need to follow the return/refund process as outlined here.
